Had to try the famous Shake Shack (don't have them in Finland) and was left with mixed feelings. Shack Burger was ok but I did expect a more "wow this IS better than xyz" kind of an experience. Also, it is always a bit annoying to wait for staff chatting between themselves and ignoring the customers. Not for ages but minutes do count in the fast-food business. The whole point to get a quick burger is to get the burger.... quick.
