Hey Pia! I was about to offer to remake it for you for free because I could tell you were probably upset about something else, and really believed we changed it after your proof, but friend, there is just no reason in the world we would have done that. We would not have been in business this long if we intentionally changed designs after you proof them. Sometimes things dont get copied right from one page to the other, but I showed you this is exactly how it was saved before the point of purchase. We have a big sign on the side of the computer explaining how important proofs are. Because we dont know how your design should look and if its missing or has the wrong colors- you do. So when you approve it we trust it looks how its supposed to look. And I personally took the order and know how many times I went over the colors and tripled checked everything for both of you. If you would like to see the video of our interaction I can pull it and email it to you, but I checked when you left and I asked several times if that was how it was supposed to look because I didnt believe they matched either- and you both said yes many times. We know everyone is a little extra stressed right now so Im not holding your comments you made before you left (or here) against ya, but if you would like for us to remake it we can totally do that for you. We would welcome you to come in and redo the art with us to tell us what you want changed. And so you can take a picture and have that in case you still dont like what you ordered. We also cant accept payment afterward- we have garments which were paid for we continuously have to ask clients to come pick up. You just cant do that for custom decoration in vegas. Hope we can remake this shirt for you and hope you have a better week going forward.

2 stars because the first shirt was fine. Second shirt looked different from what I remember the final print being, so do yourself a favor and ask for it via email, take a picture, or just don't go here at all and take your hardworking $ elsewhere (paid almost $80 for 2 shirts). Also sucks that you can't pay after they make it because you're basically stuck if you're disappointed and don't like it. Angie, the business owner who replies here & yelp, offered a "15% discount" to fix it, another $28! Ridiculous! good luck if you're dealing with her, you can get a taste of her sour professionalism from other low ratings here.

Nichole, I was going to treat this review with compassion when we got it, but there are two striking comments in here that make that impossible at this point. Also, studies show that when a negative review is written with poor grammar and poor story telling it has zero to a positive effect on businesses, so I generally dont respond to these but again, this needs to be clarified because of the comments you made. I will address the two comments separately: 1) You called us ignorant because we offered to print the front of your shirt but not the back. For context for readers, the front of the shirt was a police badge with a thin blue line in it and the back was an in memory of design with a Blue Lives Matter flag in a cross. You seem to not understand the difference between the two designs. The Thin Blue Line is a symbol that has been around since the 1800s and was specifically adopted as a symbol of police officers in the 1950s when a Los Angeles police officer by the name of Bill Parker popularized it, then again in the 1970s. The thin blue line is something we will print as its not problematic and its honoring police. But the Blue Lives Matter flag itself if something we do not print. There is not one historical context of this flag that does not accept that it was popularized in response to the Black Lives Matter movement in 2014. This movement was started by a group of police officers to counter media reports that they perceived to be "anti-police", which were primarily the reporting of high profile deaths of black men by the hands of police officers. This flag is perceived by too many people as an anti-black lives matter flag, which you can read about on Politifact and other outlets. Its seen as a symbol of oppression, and we do not print anything in that realm. 2) Which leads me to the more important point. You have stated here that I said, "As long as I don't have to print THAT blue line flag because I have BLM employees". This 100% did not happen. I have pulled the audio and video of that interaction (which we will email to anyone who would like to verify what I am saying it true) and at no point did I reference my employees. Yesterday I had five employees working. Two black women who were standing together, and two white, and one Asian employee standing on the other side of the store when this happened. When I explained I would make you a FREE t-shirt to honor your police officer who died, as long as you picked any other graphic for the back, YOU started staring down my black employees while speaking with me. I just counted. You looked at them 5 times in the 1:18 minute interaction. They both felt it and communicated that with me when you left. You at no point in time looked at my other employees; you just stared down my two black employees. And in this review, you have just called them BLM employees. None of this is ok. I have never printed this flag- regardless of the race of employees working for me at the time. This was not about them and Im very upset that you have written this review and put this on them, especially considering it was my manager, a black woman, who happened to read this review first. So Im going to stop this response here and allow anyone reading this to draw their own conclusions as to your motivations for wanting that flag on your in memory of shirt, and your intentions with this negative, falsified, potentially racist review. But after all of this I ask that you do not return to do business with us again. I have screen shotted your review for context in case you decide to edit your review in the wake of this response. If this review is edited and readers would like to see what she originally posted, you can also request that directly.

Wow. We have done business with you before. When I came in today to request a memorial shirt for a fallen Lieutenant, an employee said she would place the requested badge on the front. The statement you made, "As long as I don't have to print THAT blue line flag because I have BLM employees" on the back is absurd! The badge has a blue line as well, so your comments are ridiculous. You said you would offer the shirt for free. No thanks. You have the right to refuse service, which is fine. I am all for supporting everyone, but this is very ignorant. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

Hey Rivas! We responded to your reviews elsewhere too. But if you can give us a call, I would like to sort this out with you. The girls were super overwhelmed yesterday and I'm sorry that they were not able to get back with you in a timely manner. I wish you would have asked to speak to a manager before posting this review in so many places, but I understand this had to be frustrating. They were right; 99% of the decals that come in the door should have been priced that way. But considering your order needs, we should have done that for about $15. The minimum for one decal is $10, but not for multiple tiny ones. You were working with one of our newbies who was trying to do the right thing. I would like to make this order for you for free if you would like to provide your number or call us. Ask for Angie.

Done business here before. With success it seems the customer service has suffered and pricing now reflects popularity. I called at 10 am to ask what size is smallest print possible with Vinyl. Was told size, then prompted to send an email for a quote that would be sent "right back to me!". This was for a client build, so I did. 2 hours later I called again, "they were going to get right too it." Finally at 2 p.m. I call again, was told "we are helping those right in front of us, in line first. Was suggested I come down. I do so, still needing vinyl for build. Arrive before 3 p.m. and was asked to wait on couch for "1 person in front of me." Right before 3:30 I am called up, asked how they could help. I explain I called at 10 and need very small vinyl letters printed, .5" x 2.5", I sent an email. They say ok, I say I never received a quote. She brings up my 4 vinyl cuts that are the size of your pinky literally and says "the way the owner Angie prices this" it will be $40. I am clearly upset, she asked the other girl for assistance. I say would you pay $40+ for this, she says "no" but with you arriving so late and all our other orders I can do 20% off. I guess it's my fault for calling at 10 am, following up twice, then driving almost 30 minutes after I was informed my email was not a priority. Still left empty handed, when you own a business as I do you try to support those around you. This place seems to being so well they pick and choose. Right on Customistics! Wasted my day and now my client waits, my bad for having faith in you guys. Pass on this place and the experience, the "fancy" new phone system is your red flag. Just answer the phone.
