I have used these a few times but had a very bad experience recently and after being with these for 5 years for stitching this was unacceptable what they did. I Was due to have garments stitched in March 2020 with a new logo but understandably this was cancelled due to Covid-19. Since we’ve all re-opened for business under strict social distancing rules in June we got back in touch where I was assured that they would still be stitching the staff and team uniform however they were extremely busy but I was more than happy to wait. After a few emails and a few weeks later, things were still very busy, but I was still happy to wait. They did however get back to me mid-July with a confirmed date for stitching which was 15th Sept so only 2 months to wait which I was more than happy with. On the 28th August I sent them an email to see if all was ok and if it was still ok to send off the garments for stitching, there reply was yes all is still ok and to send off the garments for stitching just before the 15th Sept as things are still manic, then on 1st September I get this email……. “Really sorry but I am going to have to decline this order from you I'm afraid, I'm bringing in a new policy soon to not be accepting own garments as we are encountering too many problems. Good luck with the new logo and all the best for the future Colette” This was after 5 years of them stitching my garments with zero complaints and patiently waiting 6 months for the garments to be stitched. After all this waiting and 2 weeks before stitching they cancel on me due to this new policy. They could have at least honoured this since it was already booked in and implemented the new procedure at a later date, to say I was fuming with this is an understatement. I even emailed them to state how disappointed I was with this decision and over a week later still no reply. Very poor and they already knew I was happy to take the risks if there were 1 or 2 mishaps.
Thanks for your feedback. We will make sure the website is updated on time. Sorry for your wasted journey. We're only open on Saturday's during the 6 weeks holiday as we need our family time too. 👨👩👧👧

Advertised on website and google as being open Saturdays but we turned up and they are closed. Total waste of time and effort.
Amazing work from Collette and Steve at Design Stitch & Sew. The quality of the embroidery and printing are always at a high Standard. Very quick turn around from ordering to completion. Would highly recommend this company! Great work guys 👍😁
