I walked in wanting my jacket embroidered with my name and at first I had received quick, pleasant service. Found out that embroidery wouldn't work due to the jacket's stitching so we opted for heat pressing. He said it would only be $5, sign me up, right? Well everything was all good and well until I became specific with what I wanted in regards to font/sizing. I was looking for an "Arial-like, sans serif font" and was told "that's not helpful". Then when it was printed, it seemed too big and I asked if it were possibly to make it smaller. He said no, that the printer wouldn't be capable of printing it any smaller. I said I would have to pass unfortunately and he ripped the screen off of my jacket and thrusted my jacket towards me and said nothing. Alrighty then. I don't tend to be one of "those kinda people" but I definitely won't be returning. Bummer.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter that the school required for a function. I ordered about a week in advance online. When ordering online it did not give me a completion date. I called the day before the function and was told it was ready for pick up. I live the next town over so I went to pick it up and when I arrived was told nope it infact was not ready. After speaking with the two ladies I quickly got the impression that the man I spoke with over the phone has no idea what's going when he is at work. My shirt wasn't ready for about another week. Overall I was happy with my order. The work was nicely done. Just 2 things I think they could work on is proving and estimates date with online orders and getting that guy in the loop. I will shop there again.
