When a problem arises we always give it our immediate attention and do everything possible to reach a resolution. However, at no time will the LKNSPF ever provide a full refund without the opportunity to inspect the garments in hand. Without the opportunity to see the garments we are unable to assess the situation and make recommendations for future use. This does include our clients who "live too far away and are too busy" to bring them back. Additionally, we speak to our customers exactly as we are spoken to and would always prefer to find a resolution as opposed to losing a customer. Ben and Diedra were very nice and very willing to work with me on my timeline. But when I had an issue with the shirt quality and I expressed that I was not happy with the shirts, they where not willing to help me out. They said they sell tons of the same shirt without complaints. The shirts pick and pull real easy, they insisted we were to rough with them. The shirts are used when visiting potential clients. We are a start up local business and wanted to keep it local and went with their recommendation. Obviously the shirt is not a fit for us and instead of offering help they told us to take our business elsewhere. I am very upset with the service I received after the sale, the screen printing and embroidery are great but the service is lacking there were no offers to help or offer alternates. We also ordered hats and were waiting an email proof for approval they never came as they did on our first orders. When I called to ask if they were emailing the proofs they said the hats are done without our final sign off. They were very rude over the phone and made me very upset and I could not believe the way they talked to me on the phone.........

Since we began as the local uniform provider for Pine Like Preparatory in 2013 our return policy has remained unchanged. As you may know we produce each item exactly as it is ordered online by our clients. Due to the custom nature of these products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. My daughter tried on uniforms while in the store. Was assisted by a sales associate - who wrote down my daughters sizes down for me to order on line later. Unfortunately, the sizes were wrong. When returned to the store, I showed the owner the original slip with sizes that were written down for me and explained they were the wrong sizes. I politely asked if we could possible work out something so I am not out 4 dress shirts or the money. He said immediately- "there was nothing to work out. Absolutely no exchanges- even if his staff wrote down the wrong sizes." Poor costumer service!!!! - Poor quality in my opinion compared to Lands End
Lake Norman Screenprinting Factory is owned by Ben Baker and does amazing work for all his clients. We have seen some really exciting projects that he has designed and brought to life. A great value, can do fast turn arounds if you need them and very fairly priced.
I have worked with Ben on a variety of different projects since they were Lake Norman Screen Printing Factory and my experience has alway been fantastic. Ben and all of his employees are extremely helpful and really take the time and effort to ensure that your project turns out right and you're happy. I will be back for all my future branding projects as well!
I was very pleased when it was Lake Norman Screen Printing, however, was very disappointed when I took over $300 worth of shirts in today to get embroidered and was told they no longer take outside shirts. You have to buy the product in house. I do not see this on the website. When I inquired about getting my logo that I purchased last time I had work done and was told was good for life, I was informed I would have to purchase back the logo that I have already bought? Needless to say, I will be looking for another company to give my business to
