I saw Dr lane after I had slip and fall on ice in 2016. Beside being 1 hour late or canceling the appointments every time he is not a good surgeon especially if it is a work comp case. He waited 5 months to do the surgery and type of the surgery was the wrong technic, I lost a lot of blood during the surgery and he kept me in the Hospital for 2 nights but never told me why I lost so much blood. Due to blood loss during the surgery I had to do 2 iron infusions. Few months after the surgery I was not healed and I could feel the bone moving in my arm. I couldnt do anything. I told him I cannot drive and have difficulties doing simple daily activities. He told me well you can do somethings. Total lack of care for the patient. I had to do 4 more surgeries with different doctor. I found out the bone is healed last week and I am very happy. If I had a good doctor from day one I didnt have to do 5 surgeries and go through almost 4 years of pain.
I have to agree with Kristina. During the time I was his patient they canceled my appoint appointment 4 Times within 6 months. The wait is on average 60-90 minutes. There is no respect for the patients time or pain for that matter. There was a time I had pain and really needed to see him. They normally confirm the appointment 2 days before the appointment. They called the day before the appointment and told me he is not able to see me. I told the women who calledI am in pain is there any way I can see him. Her response was you can come but he will not be here. Bottom line he is an arrogant jerk, a bad doctor who messed me up, I had to go to another Doctor to redo his surgery. I went through 14 months of pain and almost became disabled because of this man! All he is interested in is to make money. He has forgotten his Oath to treat the ill to the best of ones ability, to preserve a patients privacy and so on......
I arrived for an "independent"medical exam scheduled (and of course paid for) by an insurance company in a workers comp case. The office was empty with exception to a woman in the back who informed me my appointment had been canceled. The next month the rescheduled exam was cancelled after the doctor couldn't honor our appointment time and tried to reschedule without sufficient notice (the day before). Then the doctor provided a FALSE statement to the workers comp board that the exam could not be conducted because I couldn't get a videographer to commit to our appointment time. Anyone this DISHONEST - only looking to make a buck and at the expense of others should be AVOIDED. One star only because I didn't have the option to give none.
