I was not allowed to share my experience virtually with my dad who was recovering from being in the hospital. Once I found a dress I liked the consultant was no longer interested in having me try on dresses. She then proceeded to tell me no photography of the dress to share with my dad, they were one of a kind and I could have them reserve it for 24 hours for $100 that was non refundable. They stated you cant see dresses via photo unless you buy them, yet they can keep posting dress arrivals online. Absolutely get like I was being treated like a car salesman does on the lot. Made a terrible bridal experience for me.

Do you not come here for your dress go to Davis bridal or somewhere with a better return policy and essentially they did not acknowledge me have anything about my dress or anything about my veil and I couldnt get exchanged or anything is the worst service Ive ever had and would not recommend this place at all if youre plus size go to Davids bridal they have a better collection And essentially have a better return policy and also you can make payments on your dress Im very to hear its like they expect the whole payment all the way up so just save your money and effort and time and go somewhere else worst experience of my life!

Wide variety with a very tailored experience. Sparkle took the opportunity to learn about my style and wedding venue including asking for style inspirations. Upon arrival they had dresses already pulled based on my input. After spending some time with Brittany, she pulled the perfect dress! It's was everything I wanted and more! Having the privacy of a quiet salon was wonderful for both myself and my Mom. I would definitely recommend checking out this bridal shop and special thank you to Brittany who took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and making the process seamless.

"My experience was amazing!! I had a baby 11 months ago and am not yet where I want to be with my body. I was apprehensive about shopping and scared I wouldnt find something I liked. Rhonda communicated with me ahead of time and asked for ideas around what I was looking for and even wanted any pictures of my ideas. Britt hit the nail on the head!! She pulled several dresses for me to try on but the first one was all I needed. First dress shopping experience, I found my dress with the first one I tried on. Britt understood what I was looking for and nailed it!! She still happily helped me try on several more until I said I wanted to put mine back on! I'm very torn about how to best rate Sparkle Bridal Couture. First, I should say that I think it is beyond amazing that this store exists here in Sacramento and that plus size brides can try on dresses that actually fit them up to size 30ish. I also have to recognize that operating a business is not cheap and that everyone needs to make a living. I was, however, disappointed to find that the dress that I purchased from Sparkle Bridal Couture could be ordered online direct from the manufacturer at HALF the price! Knowing that I overpaid that much really impacted how I felt about the dress and my entire experience with this business. If you have your heart set on trying on dresses and having a typical wedding dress shopping experience, this is a good place for plus size brides. However, if you are willing to step outside the traditional shopping experience, you have options. Check out Sydneys Closet online. They don't have a huge selection but have good quality, great prices and the sky is the limit with alterations and personalization so you can craft your dream dress!
