I had a 10:00 appointment confirmed with an email and a confirmation number. The receptionists told me it wasnt in their system. The receptionists wanted to work me in. Why am I a work in when I have a confirmed appointment. They acted as if my time wasnt valuable and I left to never go back again. TSO got my money and my business. To say I was disappointed in the outcome of my appointment after having this location recommended to me by a friend is an understatement. It was a complete waste of my time and a day off of work I had to take.

Y'all need to update your website to the current vision providers you accept. I just got a call and had to cancel my appointment because y'all said you changed doctors and she does not accept Ambetter insurance when y'all's website list it as a insurance option. Then the girl had the audacity to try and say that I got the wrong information from Ambetter, no I got the wrong information from you guys.

I scheduled an appointment in advance through online booking to see Dr Pham, it was easy to use and quick. I appreciate the kindness and attention I receive from everyone at Unique Vision Mansfield. Every member of the staff is concerned about you and it shows. Dr. Pham helped me find a trustworthy eye doctor to do my lasik eye surgery soon and I will definitely be back.
