Would not work with this company. Communication was poor. The supervisor Kortni was defensive and cut me off several times during the phone conversation.

While its not our intent to do business in Canada, and therefore our systems are not set up for foreign transactions. We really wanted to assist you anyways, so our team was trying to find a work-around for you in getting your order placed. Once we knew which product you were interested, we checked stock, to which there was none. We, as many companies around the globe, are facing supply chain issue as well. We hate it as much as you do! This is the worst place to make an order. So many glitches on their website. First of all, it took me over 4 hrs to try and place the order but the website kept having problems entering my credit card info. Which should not ever be a problem. once I sought help from customer service, after an hour they tell me there is not size available for the product I wanted to purchase. Yet nowhere on the website did it indicate that there were no sizes available. Another reason why this whole process was a waste of my precious time. I didn't end up buying because I'm furious with the amount of time I spent trying to input my card info only to find out there isn't some sizes. Worst company, worst customer service.

I was really worried doing it all online. Their software was pretty easy to use. I was unable to figure out how to do some things on my own, but Bri was incredibly helpful. I am extremely happy with how my garments turned out. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, guys.
