Very disrespectful very unprofessional customer service from Tiffany L I had an issue with my car being serviced and spoke with her on the phone she then talk to me as if I were a child and being very rude as I told her she was rude and unprofessional she sarcastically laughed and said thank you I would not recommend anyone to deal with this dealership as I have had many issues with my car being fixed and having to take it back up

Service manager was timely with responses that is not all my concern. I am, however a bit concerned that this is the second time in a year that Ive been told service was needed on my car and it wasnt needed. First issue was back in 2021 when I was told I needed brakes. They were actually replaced outside of BMW so they indicated it was an old code not likely if youre running a diagnostic every time but okay. At the time I was told that the brakes needed replacement, they were less than 6 months old. My most recent visit May 2022, I was told I needed air filters replaced. Well, BMW supposedly changed them in October 2021 when I paid for the service so Im left wondering if they were actually changed or if that is the standard upsell for this dealership? I was told they need replacing every 20k miles and I am under 10k. It really left a bad impression on me and Im left to wonder why their records dont reflect the most updated scope of work that (in this case of the filters) they completed? Update: Within a couple days of leaving this review, Doug from BMW called me to discuss my concern and give a more detailed explanation and resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I wanted to update this post to say thank you and let him know I appreciate him taking the time to do so.
I had both of our BMW's in for their annual state inspection and recommended services. Even while the dealership was under renovation the check in process went smoothly and are vehicles were ready as scheduled. I appreciated the $100 loyalty discount since our sedan need a four wheel rotor and pad brake service.
Connor, Hasan, Ray, and Harley were a pleasure to work with. Made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I would recommend anyone in the market for a BMW to reach out to Connor Seweryn, he was great.

Awful experience. This was my second time going here for an simple oil change for my wife's car; both left me disappointed. As I walked in the door the receptionist greeted me with a "disturbing" look. The facial expression remained unfriendly and unwarranted until I asked for the service department. My service guy Andy and Jerry (moves cars) were alright with me. Upon returning, the receptionist was talking to an employee (looking up something on her phone). I waited, the gentlemen looked at me when they finished their conversation and walked away (okay NYS of mind at a BMW dealership, wow). The receptionist then stared at me until I spoke 1st....no apology, no thanks for being patient...again wow. As I finished signing paperwork and paying....your all set, I had to remind her about my key. Also she had no idea where my second key (I brought to have programed was). Andy was walking by and saved the situation. I leave to get my car, and soon after notice they left my floor dirty (I personally cleaned and switched winter to carpet myself before bringing it to be serviced). Terrible experience. I've purchased from the Mercedes dealership next door and the service experience is opposite. I don't understand, I'm at a BMW dealership....not a little side lot somewhere.
