First off, we gave you a price quote which you and your team were free to either accept or reject. You chose to accept it. Second, we printed out what you gave us both times so the problem was with the layout not the output. You came Thursday evening with a 36 page pdf that was an extremely large file. It had to be formatted into a zine, folded, collated, stapled and trimmed on all 4 sides. All that took less than an hour. The file wasnt prepared properly, and we gave you helpful step by step instructions on how and why to correct the issues (the margins). You came back Friday morning with some of the issues corrected but not all as we found out when we printed it. Only 2 margins were fixed, not all 4 margins as needed. As far as being slow, the size of your file was so large it took time to load and print. Since you werent the only customer in the store, we helped others out while your job was running. That is what we do. Again, in less than an hour you had your second proof and again had issues with it. At that point we told you that there was nothing more we could do with the file you gave us to work with. You stormed out without paying for the second proof. We did our best to be helpful and all we got was this review.

Horrible experience. And EXPENSIVE! Came in for a second proof of a zine (first one was already wrong) that took almost an hour because they were servicing other customers who arrived afterwards and also were doing other things and moving slow. Then when the proof finally was done it was wrong again. Though the mistake from the first proof was fixed a whole new mistake was made in the second edition. I pointed out the mistake and asked how it was possible, since this error didn't come up in the first proof and I made adjustments to my doc only according to those first errors. Instead of being helpful he flat out refused to make the prints, claiming he had already wasted a whole hour on it when I was standing in that tiny shop watching my print outs lay there for 30 mins before they even touched them. This during my work day and the zine was for my job. A horrible waste of time, not to mention we already weren't pleased w the price. Such a huge rip off. In the end I'm only thankful that I didn't give them more money.

Waited 5 minutes for the owner to wrap up what was obviously a non-business-related personal phone call. Then he really couldnt help me. They dont make high resolution copies. They dont carry card stock. They dont carry any nice envelopes. They dont have the latest technology for sending doc files such that they are printable. FedEx can do all of the above. I wanted to support a local business thats very cute! But they are not on top of things.

For the small shack they work in, these dudes do big jobs and help you finish whatever project you want done. They even refer you to other experts if they think thats whats best for it. 10/10 would print again
