I can't begin to explain how amazing this brew shop and it's owners are. It's a family business and there is no better place or people to learn and grow from. I spent countless hours here learning and asking questions; and now, living in Denver, what I have learned from that experience is easily enough to rival those who paid for an education in brewing and brewery owners, often times even more! No question is too basic or outlandish here! And if Al can't give you an answer, chances are no one knows and it's time to experiment!
