They will make you sign a contract saying if you leave them before 2 years of H-1b then you have to reimburse them legal services fees. An agreement which is illegally written and is one-sided. They will keep on sending you emails and keep bugging you. Please read the "benefits" point in your agreement if you're already working. My serious advice to Consultadd: If someone is leaving then let them go on good terms. Because this way truth will spill out in public and of course you ruin relations with your ex employee. If tomorrow someone reaches out to me and asks about staffing then how and why will I recommend you? Just for some amount you're destroying your business opportunities! I personally don't understand why to try to extort money from people who are working hard for food and roof ? Why to be greedy? Why to exploit your own people? Neither you are going to become rich nor potential people like me are gonna be poor. Why to keep such policies and mindset? When you have already made 50k to 60k in Dollars from a candidate, you still need to rip them off? What's your dream? Neither your business ever gonna survive forever nor you're gonna create a solution for any big problems but keeping ego is gonna make you big??? If you are going to join them, just remember you're just buying time and not here to make a career. If you're doing so then it's really sad for you
