Josh is very unprofessional with an arrogant attitude. Starting raising his voice with me because they missed our appointment today, we made over a month ago. No call, no email, nothing. The storms were days ago. Albert was very good and customer service oriented. We, our neighbors and our swim clubs always used Big Timber when Albert and Denny worked. I am NOT rescheduling with Josh or Big Timber.

Great Service & Price... Though I take down most my trees myself when I can this job was a little over my head. Albert came out and gave an extremely fair price and his team used tremendous care in removing some large trees and branches in and around the house and power lines. They even brought in a spider lift to limit the wear on my lawn. When they left it looked like they were never there! Thanks again!

Big Timber removed 4 trees and ground the stumps in under 2 hours. They had a crew of 8 that were worked in amazing unison and expediency while maintaining safety and the surrounding trees and ground. They left the premises clean and looked as if nothing happened. On top their prices were by far better than anyone else. I highly recommend Big Timber Tree Service for all of your tree service needs, performed beyond expectations!!
