The customer service here is uncivilized I dropped my car off at 8:00 am the rep told me he will need my vehicle for 3 hours mind you I stay in Atlanta so I told the rep this on Wednesday he so I show back up at 12:00 pm which gave them 4 hours to do a windshield calibration show up I see my vehicle havent been moved so I went in with a calm attitude he said oh no its not ready which I didnt received a call or anything I said anything you had to do was keep it real and he ask will when do you have to go to work (work) like dude I leave in Atlanta I dont stay in Nashville no more I own 6 Mercedes Benz like at this point of customer service i will not be coming back

The service department is a disorganized mess. I made an appt. for noon. I arrived at 11:45 and pulled into the service bay. I gave the kid my name and my appt time and he asked me to wait in the lobby and the service advisor would be with me shortly. 30 minutes after I arrived the same kid that took my name moved my car one space forward and proceeded to headbang to the music in my car for what seemed like 10 minutes. After an hour of waiting with no service advisor ever looking me up and nobody ever bothering to ask themselves why there was a random car sitting in their entry bay, I walked out to the bay, asked for my keys and left. This is the closest MB dealer to my home. It's a 35 minutes drive to get there and another 35 to get home. Thanks guys for wasting well over two hours of my time. Will never visit this cluster again. If I could submit zero stars I would.
My wife has been driving Mercedez vehicles for over 16 years. Ive had her cars serviced at 4 different dealers and I didnt think anyone could top my prior experience in CA, but this dealership is excellent. Incredibly friendly staff, professional, keeps commitments, and ensures youre 100% satisfied . They provide excellent service. I especially want to thank Kevin and Killian! I had to take vehicle in for service. The service is excellent!

Picking up and bringing back the car as per your advertisement on " Hold On phone message CONTINUED:( UPDATED) I was hesitant to edit my review. However as an owner of Mercedes Benz of Music City, you have the right to know what made me not to go back to Mercedes Benz of Music city. Your manager screwed up. The sales manager was supportive after I complained about the salesperson ( No Names ) who did not give me all what I wanted when I bought the car in November 2020 " Custom Made ". Unfortunately , he was disrespectful to me and did not tell me the truth. When I ordered the car , I told him ( in front of my wife and two other children, one is a dentist in Clarksville and the other one has Masters degree in Medical Science) I need a gesture command to the sunroof, gaze command at the outside mirrors to be set up and call command to the car to come to me and self parking without me being in the car. I also requested the digital headlights. All these things were on you tube and were the main reason for me to order a custom made Mercedes. The sales person gave me two different copies of the sale and both were different of each other. Since the list was so long and has so many numbers , I did not review it all because I trusted that Mercedes Benz of Music City will give me all I wanted in my new Mercedes S 580 2021. When I received the car so late ( July 27th 2021) and has 127 miles on it , I was pretty upset. All my previous Mercedes cars had maximum 11-15 miles when I received them. When confronted, the sales person , he denied that I requested all what I mentioned above and was telling me that my car has the most options and more than anyone else who ordered such a car in the USA. . The sales manager was kind enough to give me the trunk's matt free of charge. The car had several issues that I wanted to be looked at and fixed. The service department sent a driver to my home in Hopkinsville twice. He picked up the car and brought it back. Unfortunately some of the problems were resolved but not the battery. ( The main reason of sending the car to the service department was the battery sign that it is not charging well). Despite e mailing Lori several pictures about the battery's problems , it was not changed. I am not sure what they were keeping my Mercedes in the shop for one week each time but none was done about the battery.. I was upset and had a " Not Nice " conversation with the service manager who was not helpful as well. Last year , I took my son's Mercedes S 550 to your Service department and they delivered the car after one week with an invoice that does not belong to me but to someone else. Last week I took my son's Mercedes to Bowling Green for maintenance services and intend to take my Mercedes to Bowling Green as well. All is about not telling the truth and not giving me the service that I deserve as a Mercedes owner for the past 23 years. I wish that Mercedes Benz of Music city reputation will not be as Mercedes dealership of Nashville.

Our team researched the details of your appointment determined we replaced the rear brakes 08/21. Per the inspection sheet they were worn below minimum specs. On your most recent visit 03/16, the car was in for a brake noise and the tech noted the brakes were safe but did recommend replacement of the front brakes due to rust build up on the rotors. That could be the source of their noise. You declined the front brake replacement. Brakes are not covered under your vehicle factory warranty. The reason is that the braking system is one of the wear and tear items in your car. Usually, wear and tear vehicle components are prone to regular damage and repair. As a result, warranties don't cover brakes.

My wife and I got our brakes done here and they squeal. So I Took them to get looked at and they assured me there was nothing they could do because they were deemed safe. Wouldnt even let me exercise my warranty to get new brakes.
