She came to our house to investigate a leak from the shower on the top floor and charged 60 to investigate. She came the next day and told us that it was a cracked pipe and it was fixed. She charged 150 more so we paid 210 for this and thought that all was sorted. I should mention we ended up with a big whole cut in our sealing which had to fix (more expenses). After just a few days using the shower, we have water pouring down (literally) from a very large area on the lower floor, whatever she did made it worse than what it originally was. She is not picking up her phone or returning our call. I do not recommend her services, I think it is waste of money and time.

Broken shower quickly and professionally replaced for a very fair price. Jenny was very nice and did a great job. Definitely devoted to the project and is ready to stay until the problem is solved. Very friendly and happy to have a little chat with clients.

Contacted to investigate a leak. Did no investigation, never checked the pipes, suggested us to do what our tenant thought needs to be done, did not fix anything and charged 30 even though no work was done and she even told us on the initial call she charges only for work and that there is no call out charge. Avoid
