Love my tattoo but was very disappointed about how I paid for almost 2 hours of service where the artist kept making my drawing completely wrong from the image i showed him.. I did tell him it didnt have to be exact but I wasnt aware I had to pay for the time it took him to draw it.. it was just a rose with a bow and a quote. Was very dissatisfied..

I first e-mailed Industrial Arts on Friday October 15 and by Monday the 18th I had my work completed. The entire experience was very relaxed and chill. The shop does have an industrial feel but it is sleek and very clean. Mario took my artwork and set it up in 15 minutes and then he peeped my arm. The equipment was state of the art. The work station was really roomy and comfortable Having a conversation with Mario was the best part though. He is talented ,smart and well traveled. I would highly recommend Industrial Arts for tattoo and piercings. The location is great ,right off the light rail and there was easy parking

Mario was very friendly and helpful. He is also a very talented artist. His tattooing was meticulous. Every drop of ink was spot on. The quality of tattoos that all the artists there are putting out are truly pieces of art. Could not recommend this shop more. Clean, professional and top level art, can I say more.

This was the worst experience ive had with a piercing. I got my septum pierced a month and a half ago, and when he pierced it, he pieced through cartilage. I didnt think much of it and hoped for the best while healing but i started to get skin irritation bumps. when they werent going away after cleaning regularly and using tea tree oil, i took a closer look and realized my skin was growing over the piercing. Because he pierced my cartilage, my skin was rejecting it and was constantly irritated. I had to take my piercing out and Im now waiting for it to heal so I can get it repierced in the correct location (my sweet spot) which he didnt even bother to find or ask about. Im beyond frustrated with their lack of skill and overall unprofessionalism. If i could rate this 0 I would, please do not get a piercing here. go somewhere else! The pictures below are the bumps after taking out my piercing.
