Hi Alex, we are very expressly appointment based. It says it multiple times on all of our socials, website, and even the front door. I'm very sorry that you stopped by without an appointment and were upset that we were unable to accommodate you. We do try to fit walk ins in if we can but we have to prioritize the appointments that specifically booked their time slot.

Dont know what ridiculous thing this is but you cant just walk in to buy jewellery. You need an appointment. Waste of time. I also dont understand the need to be so condescending and rude. I guess they feel really special for selling jewellery thats a bit pricier.

Cannot recommend NMP enough. I have been there for four of my ear piercings. They have been consistently kind and professional and are hyper careful to make sure everything is done safely and correctly (especially during the pandemic!) They were extremely understanding when I was squeamish for my first set of piercings, and Johnny talked me through the process calmly and slowly. Piercers pay careful attention to make sure piercings look good and are as pain-free and safe as possible. Whether you are a body art beginner or a regular, this is the spot to be - I would never go anywhere else.

I'm so happy with my new daith piercing done by Starr and I can't recommend her highly enough!! I was a bit scared going in, worried about the pain and potential blood sugar spike aftermath that I've had from every piercing (even lobes) but all of those nerves and concerns were unfounded! Honestly the piercing didn't hurt at all, to the point that I didn't believe her when she said it was done! And no dreaded blood sugar spike either... Either because there was no pain or because she gave me water and a preventative glucose tablet since I told her my history. Starr was so patient and thorough with explaining each step of the process and did such an amazing job. I absolutely love my new piercing and wish I could rate Nine Moons higher than 5 stars!

Hi Sherry, I'm sorry you felt the need to write this but as we discussed with you today we do have guarantees and will help through any issues piercings may go through. However, if you don't contact us to let us know you're having an issue, take the jewelry out and show up demanding services for free, its going to be more complicated. Piercings can be difficult to heal depending many different circumstances. Good luck to you with any future piercings.
