So disappointing!! A rare and large painting was lost when they moved my daughter from Tucson to Phoenix. No claim can make up for the loss of such a rare and sentimental painting that she got on her trip to Africa. We were so relieved that she could hire them and make the move to Phoenix as stress free as possible. But they lost her painting plus a large heavy mirror and a box with miscellaneous things in it. The painting is what really breaks our hearts though and we regret trusting them with something so important. Wish we'd taken it ourselves. They tell us they can't find it and have no idea who the next customer was who accidentally may have gotten it. There's no way to know where their truck went next afterwards. Our family is just sick about it's loss.

****EDITED**** The statement below was written by one of the movers who came. I had to edit the review in order to speak on my experience. He took my device after he asked me to give them a review and said he had it. They then wrote the following as a review because they get a bonus for each review. In reality, They didnt even finish the job. We were tremendously over charged and the property we moved from was damaged in multiple places. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We are very dissatisfied with the outcome considering what we were charged and are hoping for a refund. Theres a social media group about this company. If that doesnt speak volumes about how AWFUL this service is I dont know what would. William Queen and Belton were amazing they figured problems I could not even figure out my self

If I could give 0 stars I would. The movers stole a 12 pack of beer from us and drank it while on the job. On top of that they were smoking blunts. The rooms they said were done were not. We now have to hire another company to finish the job. I was presented with a $6100 bill when the trucks arrived to be unloaded. I told them I would not sign my name for my card to be charged. However the office manager - Richard - went ahead and billed my card before the job was done. Supposedly he had sent me an email with a $5000 "estimate" which I NEVER received. If I had been given an estimate that high I would have not used All My Sons. They are frauds and scam artists.
