Our risk free guarantee stands as an excellent promise and we have replaced multiple displays, free of charge, for many customers over the years when their displays failed completely during the refurbishment process. Our refurbishment service is offered at a considerably reduced cost to that of purchasing a brand new display and we have many satisfied customers. Occasionally, during the refurbishment process, some minor pixel loss may already be present (see our Pixel Loss Blog Post here, https://www.thescreenmedic.uk/blogs/news/pixel-loss-due-to-impact) which is totally unavoidable due to the nature of the original damage to the screen combined with the fragility of the AMOLED display during the delicate extraction process. Minor pixel loss does not interfere with phone functionality and is hardly noticeable during use so would not be deemed a fail and would pass our parameters for the re glassing process. These parameters, as well as being listed in our Terms and Conditions, are prominently displayed on the website sale page to inform customers and to ensure a realistic expectation of a repair outcome before an order is placed. This customer's phone was repaired and returned with the original AMOLED fully working with a tiny area of pixel loss (1mm x 1mm), mainly due to the original cracked glass, at almost half the cost of a new display, and, within our stipulated 3 to 5 working day turnaround. We would always contact customers first if pixel loss is more prominent and visible before the repair commences. As a small business during the already difficult times we are all going through, we have worked hard and invested our time, effort and finances, to build our reputation to provide a quality and cost effective alternative for mobile phone screen repairs and, as such, we do not accept such damaging comments to our business, and believe them to be unfair, unreasonable, and unrealistic, for all the reasons outlined above. Kind regards theScreenMedic Team!

I booked a glass repair because of the risk free repair guarantee. Unfortunately when my phone was returned the screen was damaged. When I contacted screen medics they said they don't cover it unless the screen is unusable. Don't misunderstand the 'risk free repair guarantee' like I did. It doesn't mean they replace your screen if they break it. It's in the terms and conditions apparently.
Sent my S7 edge for a new glass screen due to small crack a few days later I had an email saying that the screen now has a pink line down it since the repair and that I needed a new digitizer at extra cost. I finally got my it had few scratches on top edge but I wasn't that bothered just glad to get my phone back now just over a year later the screen has packed up it is turned black and it's useless. You would be better off paying a little extra and taking it to a Samsung shop better warranty and genuine parts used.
Had some issues which made it take a bit longer to be repaired but was handled extremley proffesionally and the phone looks good as new would use again
Originally sent in to repair cracked glass. After about a week they emailed to say the touch screen was also broken so I paid another 100+ to repair that. After many days I chased by email - no way to phone them. Was told the part had not arrived yet. More waiting and chasing & the phone was returned worse than original condition so had to send back to them again. More chasing emails and rudeness. Eventually after 5 or 6 weeks I got phone back in good condition. However the screen has just developed "ghost touch" just as their 3 month warranty ends. Sending my phone to them for repair is one of my most expensive mistakes.
