Understanding staff. Ordered a petty boom unit, didn't specify, shame on us. The unit delivered did not have the capacity we needed. They delivered a bigger unit first thither following morning. Drivers are polite and courteous. Answered all my questions and made sure we knew how to operate this unit.

Rented from them. Was suggested I rent on a Friday so I had all weekend to use the equipment and would only get charged for one day. While using the equipment it broke down. Service did not want to send someone out to look at it because of the cost. So I said then I can bring it in Monday and you can look at it. He said that is fine and I can have a credit as I was unable to complete the job. Sent it to me in writing. Now we are going to charge me two days and trying to bill $155 to do about 10 minutes of work when the website says Im not responsible for maintainer costs. And it was not stated anywhere that if you rent on Friday you can only use for x amount of hours when I was told I could use it all weekend.
