Women beware: These guys will lie to you. They don't call it lying, because they just happen to leave very significant details out of their deals. After I discovered the HUGE amount of extra fees they didn't include, they straight up told they didn't care if I ended up defaulting on the loan (because of the information they withheld) because "we already got our money." Swell guys.

I see no autos sold to you from our dealership since 2017. Would not recommend buying from Jack Miller Auto Plaza. I should have read more online reviews before purchasing from dealership. We test drove and purchased a truck from them during the test drive a small problem occurred however they said they would fix it if we called and made an appointment with them afterwards. After putting 60 miles on the truck our brakes were shot so we called to have new put on at their cost plus look at ordering parts to fix initial issue that was addressed DURING the test drive. Four phone calls and two messages later we got an appointment to look at the truck not even a month after purchasing waited to hear back about ordering parts another 3 phone calls we had to bring truck back in to get part numbers once again and make more phone calls for dealership to give the okay to cover parts. Three months later no parts have still been ordered plus dealership isnt covering repairs its going through warranty and we still have to pay deductible. If you want shady business practices and selling vehicles with hidden issues shop here. Contacting BBB as well to add to other reviews with the same issue.
