True great customer service is not just about the sale its about every moment after that. While I know you cant please everyone there are some standards that businesses should strive to make sure people dont feel taken advantage of. I had a great salesman who sold me a used vehicle here and was promised that I would be taken care of with any issues as my biggest worry was the maintenance issues for the vehicle I have was purchasing. I made sure I got the extended warranty which was expensive based off the type of vehicle but that it would come in handy if ever had an issue. I started having issues the first month and after taking the vehicle in found out that my warranty had so many stipulations to document my issues before anything would actually be done. I reluctantly followed everything they said I had to do in order to get the issue resolved. Had to make trips to dealership almost monthly taking valuable time out of my busy schedule and away from family. A lot of time waiting, unanswered voicemails, miscommunication or lack of communication. Today was the day I had a scheduled appointment to hopefully finally identify and resolve all issues I have been having. I show up and no clue as to why I am there having to explain when notes should all be there. After explaining was told would likely not have even needed this appointment and it shouldve been made for bmw dealer since that is make of vehicle and their techs arent trained nor do they have the tools. I understand this but was told another part of process for them to get it to BMW. I was then told that would be my responsibility but they were nice and called to see if could schedule. After returning from phone call was handed a piece of paper stating my issues are just normal for vehicle. I refuse to accept this and have talked to so many mechanics who know obvious issue. Even spoke with bmw after who also agreed. I will make sure all my communication and business goes elsewhere now. All my efforts and time spent have been for nothing at this location. Hope this helps someone if thinking of getting not new vehicle from here.
I worked with a good salesperson. My complaint is solely that the used vehicle has issues. For $20 grand I dont feel that this vehicle should have these many issues. My regret is that I bought the car without having it serviced first. But my hope was in the fact that I was told it would be serviced and any issues with the vehicle would be fixed. Since I received the car I have had nothing but issues and it is extremely frustrating and also embarrassing to tell people that I just bought a used car, but there are a lot of issues. My car was in the servicing department on two separate occasions for a total of a month. Not having a vehicle is not okay; especially that I have a 5 year old and was pregnant at the time; my car was also in the shop while I gave birth, and I had to push back multiple postpartum appointments due to not having transportation. When I first got the vehicle I heard a light screeching sound when I pushed the brakes, and I wrote that down for the servicing department to address as this should have been taken care of when they first serviced it. The noise has gotten worse, and whenever I go to turn the wheel there is a crunching metal noise. When I push the brakes there is still a noise as well. The car was definitely not detailed with care. The previous owners hospital and school visitation stickers are still on the visor. I do not have an owners manual so I do not know how to use certain buttons. I have no idea what was serviced on the car and never received documentation stating what was done. I would like this information. The windshield wipers were badly degraded. I have not checked to see if they were replaced but they should have been. This first time used car buying experience has taught me a lot.

I just left McElveen, not in a new car (sadly) but with a great experience. I worked with Mrs.Carole and Stevie. They are willing to work with you to get you in the vehicle that you want. Didn't feel too pressured into getting the vehicle. When I said no I got back "when your ready come back." Now that's how you get feature business
