SMHIf only you could give a company negative stars!!?! Honestlyjust dont do it! I was in a pinch and needed a check cashed. The place I went didnt have enough cash that dayso they provided me with an ACE FLARE bank debit card. The card had a considerable large amount on it and was working fine until I tried to do some online purchasing and somehow got flagged. No biggieright!? WRONG! 1st they call themselves a financial institution, but their hours of operation are NOT conducive with that title! 2ndWhen I finally was able to get someone on the phone. They were NO help at all and had the nerve to cop an attitude with me. 3rd-I finally was able to get a solution to the problem and provided them with everything(plus some) they requested and low behold they closed for the day. So now I am officially waiting for them to open so that I can get access to MY MONEY. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL CO$T!(no pun intended), because they definitely be acting funny with people money. If there was a negative star rating system it wouldnt suffice! Worse experience ever. Loaded a card for my daughter. She cannot access it. I cannot access it the customer service department reads from a script. Lost money and cost to set it up. Beware! Extortion!

Ur customer service representative disabled my card playing God I don't ask her to and she gave no inclining that my card was going to be compromised by her now because of her my car insurance was cancel and my cable and internet because she compromised my card I've been with net spend for over 15 yrs and this last year with them had been a ugly nightmare
