Horrible customer service from the girl who answered the phone. Very rude. Also was told by a guy rep on Thursday that they were closed all weekend which was not true.... I had to call to check the status of my order after 2 weeks when I was told I would get a call.... the guy stated "oh yes you were in line to be called lol what a coincidence smh.... Erick was a great sales person and very knowledgeable though.

Doctor Flower was awesome and my experience was fine. The reason for 3 stars is after my insurance I spent over $300 on the exam and glasses, which is fine. The problem is they gave me a sample pair of contacts and one of them tore. I am waiting for my contacts I ordered from Sams Club so I called to see if I could get another sample pair. The lady I spoke with was very rude and was very quick to tell me they do that treating me like Im trying to scam them or something. I am head coach of my daughters soccer team and I need to wear sunglasses when I am coaching so I cannot wear my glasses. Also, its nice to be able to see when I drive but I guess I will just be blind until my contacts come in. I feel like that couldve been handled differently and if the lady hadnt been rude and treated me the way she did I wouldnt be leaving this review. Also, my wife has been going there for years and went through the exact same situation but they gave her another sample pair. They lost a good customer over this and between my wife, my daughter and myself, I have spent thousands of dollars on glasses and exams. I feel like one extra sample pair of contacts isnt a lot to ask for. I think this is the first review I have ever left so as you can see this lady rubbed me the wrong way. Dr. Flower you were great and you got my prescription perfect, so thank you for that. Whoever you have answering the phone on this Saturday morning you might consider having someone else deal with your customers.
