I pride myself on honest work and repairs. Most people come to me not knowing much about how a computer actually works. The computer is very much like a car and needs to be serviced accordingly! Both systems have a grease and both will degrade due to heat. Changing the system grease in your pc is a sure shot way to extend the lifetime of your computer and improve the performance. I use a very high quality thermal compound that has a 100 hour burn in, and should last at least 5 years. The grease I use is also very efficient at transferring the heat and often times, on a follow up phone call, the customer will tell me the computer runs cooler and faster than the day they bought it :D

I dont know so much about computers so when my computer is acting up my first call is to HVC and I get to speak to the owner who is also the head tech. No bs, no runaround just good solid info and repair at what I think is very good pricing. Did I mention 48 hour turn around most of the time if he has the parts on hand?

Paul took my old Macbook and made it run better than new! He put new grease on the CPU and Motherboard and now it runs a lot cooler and faster than before. My laptop was loaded with garbage and needed some help! Paul was quick and knowledgeable about how to go about servicing my mac and about computers in general. Next time I buy a computer, I will definitely be calling Hudson Valley Computers to build it! Local Service and Quality!
