I ordered some items online when they were having a sale in January. Several of the shirts I got were too large so I brought them here to exchange for a smaller size. Some of the items were on clearance for less and some of the items had gone back to regular price. Hannah, the cashier that has been there for 2 years according to her badge, was changing everything so that it was an even exchange. Including marking up the items that were now cheaper. When I asked her why, she said so it was an even exchange. So I let her know that I wanted the cheaper price. Like, I would come in for a price adjustment anyway. This is just saving me a step. But instead of changing them back to the correct, cheaper price, she takes everything off the order and then starts ringing them up again and leaves all items at the current price - including the items that are now back at regular price instead of matching it to what I previously paid. -_- Idk if this money is coming out of Hannahs pay check or what, but I recommend you watch the screen as things are being rung up. It would only show 5 items at a time and I had 6, so one of the items was still priced incorrectly. But it wasnt worth going back to deal with the stupidity for me.
