Emily, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I apologize that you are frustrated with the service. It sounds like you live in an area that you pay for the service of your container and anything outside the container needs to have a sticker. Unfortunately, if there are bags that are not in the container and sitting on top of the container they would need to have a sticker on them in order to be picked up. The driver is doing his job by piling up the extra trash and empting the container, notifying you with a green tag on the container letting you know what the issue is.

So there was two bags of trash ontop yes technically overflowing but i watched him shake the can so they fall and then get down and just pile up the bags ..and just leave a sticker on the can ..then i called and aparently thers nothing they can do because we only pay for a certain amount .. and i watched him do the same thing two doors down horrible service .and lazy workers that would rather pile than pick them up ..

Just wanted to give a positive shout-out to one of the Professional Customer Service Reps whom I spoke to a couple days ago. I was trying to make my call more of an announcement rather than a complaint. Of my three carts put by the curb on Monday night, only my 96gal. yard cart was still not emptied by 8:00pm on our Tuesday pickup day. First that ever happened! I made the call and spoke to Roslyn of the Aurora facility. Starting out on a friendly note, I informed her of the situation with all the specifics. As I was friendly to her, she graciously returned the same. She promised she would direct one of the drivers off their Wednesday route to come pickup my cart by end of day. The driver was here within 3-4 hours that morning. Promises kept! Roslyn was accommodating, true to her word, professional in communication, polite, and generally a pleasure to speak with. Those are the kind of employees you wish you had a dozen of. Happy camper here.
