I'm sorry Frank, you came in wanting to print some emails from your personal account. I showed you a computer you could use. That is more of a self service request. I cannot login to your email account. Your email server sent a verification to your phone because you were logging in from a new device. And you didn't understand how to get past that verification. That is a common function between your email provider and your phone, not anything to do with our computers at PIP. But I helped you get that step completed on your phone. Then Gmail let you print the emails to the printer next to you chair. Did you want me to go through your personal emails and read/print them for you? I left the room to help another customer to leave you with your emails, because I did not anticipate what else you needed from me at that point. I would not have been comfortable going into your private email account and read/print them for you for multiple reasons, especially since these were apparently bank documents. You then complained to us that two sets of your emails printed out and you only wanted one set and were afraid you would be charged for more pages than you wanted. You were the one who printed from your account, and I don't know what you entered for number of copies. Not knowing any details of what you were printing, the owner graciously said "just give us a dollar" which you did in change. We're sorry that you were not happy with your experience with us and I did not know what you meant by your review saying "service nonexistent". I just don't know what other service we could have provided, and you did not ask for any help. I do think the rating you submitted was not appropriate, but we feel the customer is always right. So when you were ready to leave, we gave you a suggestion that usually when folks need emails printed, they can forward such emails to us first, so then we can print them out and have them all ready for you when you arrive. Lets try that next time! Chuck
