From start to finish 5 stars... they had to bring the cable in which took no time... my GVEC tech Jordan was very professional showed up early by 8am (who does that anymore!) He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted done... and was quick... I hope my internet service is as good as the customer service I received...

Absolutely love my new internet service!!! So much faster and more reliable than spectrum ever was. John was very respectful in my home too, attentive to where I needed the service and respectful to the other family members sleeping while getting the job done in a timely manner. Amazing work.

Installation was yesterday. The gentlemen we're courteous and explored many options for the best fit. We have been pushing it with several things connected to it and so far it's working great and I have had no buffering issues, which is huge, because we really live deep in the middle of nowhere.
