Horrible customer service. Went in for scheduled appointment. Was not greeted. Waited 20 minutes, while they sat 2 people who walked in after me. When it was finally my turn I was told someone else would be doing my hair, and that person looked less than thrilled to cut my long hair. I walked out. The vibe was awful.

I came here for a full balayage and trim, and everything turned out beautifully. Rime is truly gifted, and I would recommend her to anyone! :) UPDATE AS OF 10/30/2021: My hair has only been done for exactly 4 weeks now. I was instructed that a balayage usually lasts around 4-6 months until it is time for a touch up. I have had a balayage done before, and it never looked the way mine does right now. The balayage done 4 weeks ago looked amazing for the first week, and that is it. My hair is now extremely damaged when it was not before, and it will no longer stay straight for more than 30 minutes. Additionally, my face framing pieces were cut so bluntly and unblended that I now have random chunks of short hair. Those "face framing pieces" now break off when I brush them or try to style them. My hair is already naturally curly so these short pieces also shrink quite a bit. For some reason, the tones no longer look the same, and neither does the bleach job. For almost $400, I expected better longevity and quality.
New to Florida and searched for ages to find this great salon. Great welcoming and a super service. I was so delighted with the result and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend!
Ms Thumma - I waited to respond because I did not want to attack your review. The only objective (true) statement is the 1st sentence (many client's think I am pretty amazing as well, thank you). Everything following that is subjective and wrong. Here are the facts: 1. You arrived with a Keratin Treatment groupon that is valid for our Natura Keratin treatment. 2. Our deal clearly states that there will be an additional charge for longer and/or thicker hair. You have both (in fact, you have enough hair for 3 people) 3. You wanted a premium brand (4EverSmooth) that is not valid with a groupon coupon.. the product costs over twice what we pay for Natura. 4. The upcharge of $150 to use 4EverSmooth was a gift and you chose to leave. 5. You leave a us a 1-star review because you thought it was expensive. You did not receive any services from us but you still bashed us because you wanted a discount we could not provide. That speaks volumes about you. We have been in business 16 years and we do over 100 Keratin treatments each month. Who are you to bash us because you did not want to pay for your services? You have 'champagne taste and a beer budget' and you take it out on us.
