Pathetic Customer Service. They require a -ve Covid test even though the person tested positive 4 weeks ago. We were just being honest and disclosed the +ve. Otherwise they would not have known and discriminated us like this. Really nonsense, because even at work they dont ask for a -ve test. We can take the business elsewhere.

Please take your vision needs some place else. My husband odered lens around March and never got a call to pick them up. So we went in about 14 days ago . We had to pay more money for a whole new pair of glasses because the Nike frames were garbage. The place wouldn't be able to com the 30 extra dollars because its not their glasses they have to send them back for a warranty type situation. We have to constantly call and check to see where glasses to see are?? Un acceptable. There always seems to be a reason why his glasses are not ready. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have an extra pair of glasses before you deal with this place.

Edit December 2021: Updating my original review from 3 years ago. I still agree that Dr. Nguyen is great and the staff are nice but the front office is leaving little to be desired regarding communication. I recently made an annual vision appointment but apparently my benefits weren't available for a couple more weeks. I showed up to my appointment and they told me I could pay out of pocket or reschedule if I wanted, letting me know they had tried to call me to let me know. However they did not reach me or leave me a message, nor did they try to contact me the day of the appointment either. This is not the first issue I've had with the office regarding communication either. On two different occasions I've ordered contacts and neither time did they call to let me know they were ready to pick up, leaving me to call to check if they were in. Frustrating because they said they would call when ready. Because of these instances I'm not returning to this office any time soon, maybe in the future but only if their office gets a little better at communicating. This place is great. Dr. Nguyen and all the staff here were super nice and very thorough explaining everything and answering all questions. I requested an appointment online and the very next morning they had an opening available and saw me right away. I was able to order contacts in office and they assured me that I could get another trial pair if needed since my contacts will take some time to arrive. They even gave me a coupon for $10 off at the nail salon next door! Very pleased with my visit with them and would recommend others to try them out.
