Kara is very irresponsible. Every single thing I asked her she didnt know she always needed to ask the manager and the manager was all the time on her phone, none of them know how to give a solution in that place. Dont apply to this place!! I applied and the day before I was supposed to move in she said I was still pending and the manager couldnt do anything. They are incompetents and someone should micromanage them for sure.

We went to look at 2 bedroom apartments. We walked in and both employees were sitting in the office. Finally one of the women walked out to ask our name and what we were there for. She walked in and I heard her ask the other woman whos appointment it was. The other girl said it was hers, but she could take it. I then heard what sounded like them snickering and making fun of my last name real professional and mature. When they finally returned, we sat down and she showed us a few floor plans. They did not have any units available to tour with those floor plans, but offered a video tour. We asked if we could see a different floor plan so we can see finishes, etc and they said no. It was the strangest and most unprofessional experience I have ever had looking for places to live/helping others look. Just for a little perspective - I have never wrote a negative review of anyones business because I understand that people have bad days, but this was horrible service. If this is how they treat prospective residents, I cant imagine how they treat residents once they live there. Anyways, not for us.

Best complex for how huge this place is & great response time from maintenance & office staff!
Bailee, We are sorry to hear that you received anything less than a top notch experience here. While a courtesy patrol was hired after the incident involving your garage, we encourage all residents to remain vigilant as crime has no address and can occur anywhere. Additionally, the shipping delays and backorder issues with appliances and appliance parts have been difficult to overcome at times and we continue to work to acquire parts and appliances in a more timely basis during the pandemic. Nice place to live BUT I had many issues in the one year that I lived here. My garage was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of tools were stolen but nothing was done about it. When talking with the cop that investigated the incident, many other garages in the complex were broken into as well. Im not sure how those panned out, but after filing the police report I was never contacted about the break in again. I find it suspicious that there was no damage to the garage and the only way to get into it other than breaking it was to either have a fob or a key. Due to that and the silence that I received regarding this incident makes me think that this was an inside job. On top of that, my dish washer was broken for the final two months that I lived there. After asking multiple times for maintenance to fix it it was never fixed up until the point that I moved out. Im sure they fixed it before the next residents moved in though. I paid a lot of money to live in one of their townhomes and they still couldnt find the time to fix my dishwasher. Because of that I at least thought that I would receive my full refund but I didnt even get that. I left the apartment cleaner and nicer than when I moved into it. There were also multiple nights where I heard gunshots near the apartment complex, so if you are a young female living alone, I would not feel safe living here with the knowledge of that and the combined break in. Overall, its a nice complex with good amenities, but they do not take care of their residents and I wouldnt recommend living here.
