Made a deposit of large checks, told they cleared, visibly saw they cleared on my account history, then for unexplained reason they withheld a odd amount, not amount of any check the following day for which not even a high up in the organization can provide an explanation. Be careful

Unable to set up account online due to an account I closed more than a decade ago. Couldn't get straight answers from anyone over the phone. Tried calling closest branch for information and it was an 800 number that kept me on hold for over 15 minutes. Took my business elsewhere.

I observed their performance over a year and then I took the wheel. Make sure to do ALL your research!!! My calls went well but they lost my confidence by dispersing the wrong loan amount. Too many different people handling things is a lot of where the mistakes can and do happen. I am figuring out how to best protect my investments until my employer finds a different company to work with..this simply isn't the kind of job that mistakes are ok.
