Harry, thank you for the review, and I'm really sorry for the Inconvenience You placed the order on April 20, 2022 with the next day printing option. We gave you a free upgrade, and had the package printed and shipped the same day ( by USPS, not UPS as you're saying) The package has been delivered in 2 days (11:10 am on April 22, 2022), so did you contact your local postoffice? I'm sorry you can't find the package, but if the postal service says it's delivered, there's nothing we can do. I am very upset that you want to express your anger not at the one you are dissatisfied with (USPS, a company with 600,000 workers nationwide), but at a micro business that has done its job well and on time. If you decide to re-order your t-shirt, we'll gladly give you a discount.

UPS said theyd delivered it, but hadnt. When I asked merch38 for help they said it had nothing to do with them and it was between us and the courier. Very unhelpful and after I challenged their position I got no response. Wouldnt recommend.
