I guess I was very unlucky I went there for clutch problems with my 2016 the truck was there for two weeks not only they didn't fixed it three weeks later same problem I had to get the clutch replaced somewhere else,worst place ever.
They don't take the customers time into consideration in the service department The worst communication I have ever dealt with when it comes to updates on your equipment. Over price not really into helping customers save at all.. If you can find other options I would do so
Mr. Roberson, I am sorry you feel this way about your service experience with us but your truck has not been here multiple times. Until recently, your last visit was in October of 2017 and you have added nearly 200,000 miles since on the repair discussed. We replaced a failed Diesel Oxidation Catalyst, cleaned the aftertreatment injector, cleaned the Diesel Particulate Filter, and also ran the engine overhead per customer request. Yes, I agree 2 years and 200,000 miles later the repairs are the same but for different reasons. We replaced the DOC due to your DPF/DOC bracket was cracked causing the DOC to crack. Yes, your invoice was again around the $4500.00 range but we have had a labor rate and parts pricing increase since 2017. What you failed to mention, to keep the price at a minimal, we salvaged your DPF which I recommended to replace. Your truck has 677,090 miles on it. The DPF has already been cleaned at least once and one of the bungs was also cracked to which we welded at no charge. We also gave you a $600.00 credit towards the aftertreatment injector repair and repaired the wiring on your marker lights on the driver side fender skirt at no charge to you so we could road test your truck. You were given an estimate prior to repairs that you agreed to and I was nothing but honest to you when we spoke. Beware, service department is dishonest and will replace parts just to run up the bill. I did speak Ray (mgr), double talk, complete waste of time I do not recommend this shop
