Andreina, We are sorry that you felt we were disorganized, truth be told, we have been filling orders so rapidly that the ship to section was overlooked. When you went in to our store, you were refunded the money. As far as your pants return, we have a 20 day policy, and these pants were purchased on July 28, according to you. Chai Tees policy is stated on our receipt and at our cash register. In order to receive your money back, we need a physical receipt and it must be within 20 days. You were issued a store credit that can be used on anything in our store. Thats more than we usually do. We extended that courtesy to you.

Unfortunately this place seem to be very disorganized. I ordered shorts and paid for shipping and never received the product, I called the store for 2 weeks and no one answered the phone, I sent email and never received response. I finally was able to speak with someone who said to please go to store to pick up. I went ask for the shipping cost back and they give a hard time. Plus I had purchase 2 pants July 29th and they said since I dont have a receipt I would only get store credit that by the way is a paper that if I loose it I wont be able to use it in the future, I asked for the phone number of the store manager and the lady said I cant give you her phone number .

The line is always long when school is opening up. We have to wait for hours in the hot sun every time that happens. Other than that everything is good especially the customer service.
