The zoo is in really bad shape. Lack of animals and the habitats are very old and need to be enlarged and cleaned up. Many exhibits has over grown grass or the exhibits were in poor shape, food was over priced. There were more kids in the splash party than interested in the animals, you need more shows about animal education not lit up didplays

Animals look very sad and depressed. They dont have proper care, polar bear is literally thrown in a glass box and is always very skinny. They dont care for their animals.

A lot of the enclosures were closed. Most of the food and drink shops were closed as well. Nothing spectacular. I will say they do make an effort to enable smaller kids to be able to see into the enclosures by having step ups.
