I am sorry for your experience. We strive to make sure our customers have a positive experience. When the incorrect information was supplied and then proofed and approved, we followed all procedures and thought we had a stellar product for you. After the job was completed and you realized you had provided us the incorrect information, we then redid the job at a discounted rate, just to cover the cost of labor. I am sorry that you feel you were wronged and as per our attempt to always have our customers have a great experience, you certainly can come to the store and speak to the owner and find a solution that will possibly help. I did not have a good experience here. I ordered something and was very specific about what I wanted it to say, they senty a proof of the item and because I have dyslexia I did not catch an error that they made until after I paid an overpriced amount for the product and brought it home. When I took it back to the store they made a fuss about re-printing it but they said they would do it. When I went to go pick it up, they wanted to charge me the full price again even though I never received the first product and it was their error. They finally cut a few dollars off, but they were very rude about it. Now whenever I look at this product, I only think about how bad my experience was.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. I don't know what to do yo help you at this point, but please come see me if there is anything you think would help. We try hard to have the best customer service.

I came into this shop to order a couple of t-shirts for a Halloween costume; I had designed the graphics myself, and made sure that I had all of the materials (fonts, colors, etc) ready to hand over to the shop. I was asked to email the files to the shop; no big deal, so I did it. I called the next day to double-check that they had received the files over email and was told that yes, the files were in, expect the shirts to be ready in one week. When I returned to pick up the shirts, the font was completely wrong! It was just a generic typeface and not at all what I had designed. I asked what had happened; apparently the girl I'd talked to when I brought in the order had left on maternity leave. Nobody had bothered to find out about the design for my order and use the correct font file. They apologized and gave me the shirts for free, but I can't use them. I'm not pleased with the lack of communication in this shop; this is an oversight that could have been easily prevented. I won't be coming back here.
