Worse customer service !!!! They send me to do an MRI on my knee I can hardly walk I have been with this pain for more than a month and I called to ask if the doctor could see me to tell me the results of the mri and they tell me that the next appointment is more than a month, the lady explained that she needed someone to tell me What is the next step to follow and she simply acted as if she were anxious and tried to hang out the . the customer service at this hospital a lack of professionalism.
My wife had a online appointment 2 days ago, was prescribed medicine that was not helpful at all. Called back today to try to find something that would actually address her issue and was told that she would recieve a call back within 26 minutes. Called back 45 minutes later and sat on hold until they closed. Not very patient focused.
