I apologize that you feel like we did you a disservice with our company. When your order was placed the wrong image was submitted and we printed 200 shirts of yours. When you notified us that the image was wrong rather than charge you for a new order we took the loss and reprinted your order over again to ensure great customer rapport and you received 400 shirts total. The complete order was picked up and a couple of months later you called me saying that you were now missing shirts. I explained to you that your order was completed months ago and you picked them all up in a satisfactory manner. We go over and beyond to please our customers even if it means taking a loss even though it was no fault of ours. This was shown when we first reprinted your order and took the loss even when you sent us the wrong image to print.

Made mistakes on my order couple times when brought to his attention no reply no answer of the phone or anything I made order of some shirt and a hand full of sizes missing stains on shirts threads coming unloose and once again when I brought situation to his attention I havent heard seen or talked to Lou since then

BAD BUSINESS!!! Dealing with them has been such a horrible experience. They are not responsive and when I was responded to, I was met with rudeness and condescension. They messed up my order and no concessions were made to remedy their error. I took that L and will never do business with them again, even for free. Use them at your own risk, but there are too many other screen printers out there for you to take that risk!
