DO NOT GO HERE!!! The "Doctor" gave me THREE Bad prescriptions, one of which I am stuck with for a year, the staff REPEATEDLY lied to me about the status of my contact order and they were incredibly rude, and no one in the office talks to each other so you will have to explain any issue HUNDREDS of times to different people!! - First visit, the paperwork was nearly impossible to fill out because the formatting was awful. - Second visit, to try on the prescription she gave me and order more contacts, I realized the prescription she gave me was WRONG and asked for a new one. She bumped the prescription up one step in each eye WITHOUT testing again to make sure it would work, and had me order 90 days worth of contacts. - THANKFULLY those contacts were backordered because they were the WRONG PRESCRIPTION, and I was forced to go back a THIRD time to get ANOTHER prescription. The doctor finally bumped one of my eyes up to the prescription I wore ALL LAST YEAR (still too low), and bumped up my right eye WITHOUT EVEN TESTING IF IT NEEDED TO BE BUMPED UP. - Every time I went they told me the contacts would be in "the next day" four weeks went by, with me calling several times a week asking when they would be in and every time a receptionist (different person every time) would tell me they were backordered and would be in soon. - FINALLY. OVER A MONTH after my first visit, I call and talk to someone and she tells me my contact order had just been placed THAT DAY. After WEEKS of everyone lying to me saying they were on the way. They finally ordered them over a MONTH after charging me and my insurance company. I was out of contacts for WEEKS, and forced to wear the one pair of "weekly's" they gave me for two weeks before my contacts finally came in. After 4-5 visits and COUNTLESS phone calls where the staff was RUDE and unhelpful, and LIED to me over and over. Dr. Holbrook is NOT qualified to give prescriptions, she gave me 3 bad prescriptions and I basically had to figure out my own prescription, and the office staff is rude and incompetent, and no one talks to each other so I had to RE-EXPLAIN my situation every time I called or went in, usually multiple times a visit. ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS, will not be going back ever
We are very sorry you feel that way, we did apologize because we did make one mistake. Then after you couldn't see we figured out that your doctor from a different office wrote the rx wrong. After you saw your eye doctor again and brought us a new rx, we filled that and you could see good. We apologize again, but we worked diligently to make sure that your glasses worked for you.

I had terrible experience getting my glass prescription filled. It took 4 times before they finally got my glasses right. 2 times the staff wrote the prescription wrong then the Doctor got it wrong. 4 times to get it right and the staff didn't even apologize. Will not be back. In response to your reply They filled my prescription wrong again after I got another one from the Dr. So you are mistaken. I had to make 2 trips after I got the corrected prescription. Now the glasses are fine but the side shields do not fit properly.
Easy to schedule appointment online and I got to complete paperwork prior to my visit. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Holbrook was professional and courteous. I did not have to wait long and was out in less than 30 minutes.
I went in to get my glasses buffed to remove the light scratches and came back a couple hours later to pick them up. They were unusable because how foggy, scratched and smeared they were. So I ordered a new pair of lenses and I just received them after 2 weeks of not being able to see. It .ay be because of COVID though.
