Would give it no stars if I could Booked a family room for 5 (2, 3 children), the room was tiny! Not only that but it hadnt been cleaned at all! The bedding was stained and wash worn, the carpets were grubby, loose wires hung below the TV, the spoons were dirty and rusty, the bathroom was minging, the place was full of dust and to top it all off there were a box of the last guests pills left on the coffee tray!! Luckily I found them before the kids did!! I queried breakfast because the booking included yet they no longer serve it! Not reflected in the cost! We were in there a total of 20 mins before booking somewhere more suitable. You couldnt swing a cat let alone sleep 4 and assemble the cot! The place looks nothing like the photos used to advertise and it is well overpriced! Completely unsuitable for families. Owner also refused to refund, despite the state of the place. Avoid at all costs

Excellent budget room could not believe for 72 for 4 nights I would have a room with a microwave and fridge. Shared toilet and shower no problem.
