I contacted the phone number of this business, which I found on the back of their business card. I'm looking to possibly work with a screen printing shop and had never heard of this particular one before. A man answered and from the getgo of our brief phone call had a very off-putting demeanor, to the point I verified with him that it was indeed the correct phone number I was calling. I remained polite but after his comments I bluntly said this behavior was odd for a business owner toward a potential client. He said he was stuck in traffic and basically blamed me for almost getting in a car accident, and called me "sweetheart" (I'm a woman). I do not care if this is a small business, I was blown away by the lack of professionalism. Everyone has bad days and moments. However, no one forced this man to answer the phone at a bad time, then project his frustration on a stranger and potential client on a minute long phone call. He told me to get lost. I could attach a screen shot of the texts that followed, but I won't.
