Terrible service by these crooks! I was apart of the 3m lawsuit until I fired these clowns for mishandling my case. Also there's no communication and they want you to do their leg work. Other lawyers will do the leg work as that's what they're being paid for. I'll never go with a large firm again. Very impersonal, they pawn your stuff down to the little guy, in fact I never not once spoke to an attorney only their aid or assistant. The state of Texas should revoke these clowns practice !

We have tried to contact this potential client, but have not received any response back. We researched what occurred and believe the potential client is mistaking our firm for another law firm. Our firm received the inquiry about her husband, had it reviewed and made a decision to decline representation in less than a week. This is a very acceptable time for a review in a case like this. This is the first complaint about our intake department like this and we have taken it seriously. I contacted this Law Firm searching for a Lawyer to represent my husband in a medical malpractice suit. Months ago we gave all the information in regards to the malpractice done by Dr. Harkins and Dr. Gerard Abreo. We waited for a response for weeks and heard nothing back from this Firm. I made a phone call to them to find out what was the reason for the delay. Left message for Ezette to call me back. She never did, so I called back and she told me they had one more question about the case. After wasted weeks of waiting, I called back again and Ezette said oh, I called you, but I guess I didnt. I havent never ever dealt with someone more incompetent. She then told me the Layers are NOT going to take the case and they didnt say why. They wasted months of our time waiting and waiting. I know a law firm is just as good as their representatives... and Ezette is the worst. I will never refer this law firm to anyone. Now I have to start over again with another Lawyer.

You know how you hear stories that make you say, thats not possible. No one behaves that way? Thats how I approached this but was surprised to learn the stories were true. Unless your accident and injury are life or death and the firm can get that 1/3 and a big settlement, they wont even care for you, let alone have the decency to at least let you know they wont take your case. Instead, you are never talked to again. Plenty of friends suggested different attorneys but I thought, hey lets give this reputable firm a shot. I guess you wouldnt get a big fat check with my claim so it wasnt worth representing. A callback would have been appreciated though.
