I wanted to buy a Samsung Flip and was going crazy by going to different stores but due to some reason or the other I was not able to get it so finally I decided to go to EE watford as it is closer to my place and the reviews were really nice.. To my surprise I was not disappointed and was attended by a lovely girl called Ottavia(I hope I am writing her name correctly). She was super friendly and positive that I really enjoyed the whole process of purchasing a phone from them.. She even made an effort of working out the best deal for me.. The store in itself had a very positive vibe.. Really want to thank her for such a lovely experience

Just got a new Samsung S22ultra 5G from the EE shop in Watford. Deborah who was our sales representative was absolutely amazing, product knowledge, customer service, and genuinely couldnt be more helpful. Thank you so much for all your help. Not forgetting Olly who was amazing also.
