Hey just wanted to share my brief experience at this location just now , I was waiting at the front desk as the receptionist sat and laughed on the phone without saying a word to me apparently I was invisible for being Latino , but parts department was very nice

Initially had issues with my appointment and car warranty but Sharif and Chase had all those fixed. Im so happy with their service! My car looks brand new. Thank you guys! Amazing work. And hoping to come back someday to get another car from Matt Pinto. 5 stars!

I pulled in 5 minutes after closing for service, on a Holiday no problem. Got stuck in traffic and arrived 5 minutes late for pickup, again, no problem. This is a brand new facility and the service is first rate. This from a guy who insists on installing his own wheels, summer and winter. I wish I remembered to ask them to replace the seat bushing, or whatever is causing play in the seat. I wont hesitate to return and have work performed here again.

It took 4 tries to get my alignment right. I spent 3+ hours in the dealership when I should have been in and out in 5 minutes picking up the car. The issue was finally resolved when the shop foreman did the work. They asked if they could put ~30 miles on the car to validate that the work was done correctly. When I drove away (for the final time) there were ~ 70 more miles on it. My service writer was friendly, and the foreman was terrific. I just wish I knew that from a 5 minute interaction rather than wasting hours at the dealership.
