We appreciate your review but unfortunately we did not lie or steal. We would not be in business for over 20 years if we were liars or thieves. The customer placed and order, we printed a proof in which she signed. This is a policy that we have in place for over 20 years. We do not print until customers have signed off on orders. After receiving the order, she realized she made a mistake and wanted us to reprint the order due to her error. Unfortunately we cannot reprint orders due to the customers mistake.

DO NOT do business with this company. The lie and steal your money. Sent product that did not match proof and refused to rectify or refund the money. They can't be trusted. Check BBB and Yelp reviews. Funny how they only have good (fake reviews) on Google. In response from owner-That is an outright lie. How could I have made the mistake? You are right- I signed a proof. What was printed and delivered did not match the proof. The mistake was your's. Stop lying and blaming your customers for your mistakes. And stop giving yourself good reviews.The truth is out there.

We are sorry that the customer feels this way. Unfortunately customer did not read his emails as we stated payment needed to be made before order would start. When customer called we explained that an email was sent informing him of process of which he did receive our email and invoice. Also, customer sent in files that would not work of which we informed him of as well. Seems customer was very rushed and did not read his emails thoroughly and on time.

Horrible Company, will promise anything to get the job, charges you extra for rush services that can not provide, if you have a dead line do not work with this company, especially the sales man by name John Latorre, do not trust for a minute this guy, he is quick to add a charge for rush service to your bill but can not call you to monitor the process since you new customer and may have hick ups with order or just the check up if job is going smooth, when you email do not answer and last minute tells he can not meet the deadline, We do not need dishonest businesses in Orlando like this. I do not leave usually reviews but other businesses must know, google needs thumbs down or remove from google search for businesses like this not a star

Professional High Quality Service!! From the moment I called Andrew to submitting artwork to Jonathan, to speaking to the manager John to delivery, I could not have had a better printing company do my business cards and postcards. I am highly pleased and extremely impressed by Alpha Press's high quality service and professionalism. I needed my business cards and postcards for work and spring show in California. I hadn't submitted my artwork on time for the postcards so they printed me temporary ones which were AMAZING to take with me in the meantime since I got the fancy UV spot raised and embossing and a bunch of other custom designs which took longer to make. I plan on ordering from them again in the near future.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. On top of that they screwed up my order and it took five weeks longer for me to receive it. Five weeks! This was my second experience with them. After the first terrible experience I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. There are plenty of other printers out there who are professional, communicate clearly, respond to your questions and concerns promptly and will complete your order correctly and in a timely manner. Stay far away from this place.
