Sooo... This is not a car dealership. This is a repair facility that specializes in hybrids. Just like some places specialize in Porsches or VW's, I specialize in hybrids. Eric was a massive help while I was shopping for and buying a used Prius! Very responsive and willing to speak with me to explain various items. And very friendly and reassuring. He performed a thorough pre purchase inspection and outlined his suggestions for a cost-effective maintenance plan to help the longevity of the higher mileage car that I bought.

My first experience with this business was a phone call, with advice on what we could do ourselves before bringing the car to him. It saved us a trip and service fee. So, when our daughter's 2008 high milage Prius had half the dash lights go out (just on the left), we trusted EV Powers would get her back on the road. Not only did he have a reasonable trip charge and perform the need repair, he allowed our 16 year old future mechanic to shadow him while he did it. We hope to keep this car on the road for our daughter until she finishes school, and would trust this company again if we need further service. Thanks Eric!
When my Prius threw a code and warning lights I was told that I should call a few different places before getting it fixed. The dealership told me that even though I had the code, they were going to charge me a fee to figure out what the code was saying, and that they didn't have an appointment for several weeks. When I Called EV Powers, and told him the code, he knew exactly what the problem was, said that it is a common problem, and told me how much it would cost. I dropped of my car that night, and he had it fixed before the estimated time. This is not only a positive review of EV Powers, but it is a negative review for the dealership who didn't even know the problems with their own vehicles. Thank you Eric.
