Hello Felix, Sorry the product you purchased was somehow not what you expected. According to staff, we held the last bottle of the lube you called and requested and then readily purchased, no questions asked. The product was exactly what you asked for, price clearly marked and what we have been selling for over a decade. Due to the intimate nature of these products, we have a strict no return/no refund policy clearly stated at the register and on our receipts. We have been in business for 41 years and are a 24 time winner of the Best of Austin Chronicles Readers poll , which would not happen if we were scamming our customers. Instead of smashing the bottle in our parking lot in front of the store, you could have requested to talk to a manager as we have been known to make exceptions to this policy.

Bought something, walked out, realized I got scammed, walked right back in. No returns. Ok, lol. Trash shop. Dont get fleeced like I did. Expect a chargeback. No such policy was stated at the register. Lying to people isnt good policy. The existence of any manager isnt something I even expected, nor was it stated as an option at the time. It certainly wasnt made obvious. Try harder. Being around a long time doesnt automatically make you a good store. Neither does an opaque poll.

Absolutely love this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing, pushy, or otherwise making you feel weird about a sometimes taboo feeling subject. The product array is really large and staff can order you some items that aren't available in store. They also kept information about an item I bought almost a year before, which helped me file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and get a replacement. Support this place, a locally owned small business, rather than ordering these items online.
